Q : Can I Record the Session? So that I can review it later? or even for other purposes like sharing my experience etc.
Answer : No Type of recording (Audio/Video) will be allowed. These sessions are highly personalized and hence that respect must be given both by the Therapist and the Client. However, the Client and Therapist may choose to share this as a case-study in academic circles with consent of the relevant parties, while strictly adhering to the format of the ‘case-study-presentation’. – Where the Identification derails will be altered along with certain aspects. You (as a Client) can take notes/ jot down points, during and after the session.
Q: Will I get addicted to this? Should I keep coming back? How many Sessions will I require?
Answer: Most Often, only 1 session followed by a follow-up session is more than enough for one issue. However, since every human being is different, they may feel like they want additional sessions. Then they are accommodated for more sessions.
Q: Do you do face-to-face Cases?
Answer : Normally Offline Sessions are not provided. Please ask about this in detail while booking the appointment.
Q: In case I miss out on our appointed time, can I Reschedule it?
Answer: The Booked Appointment will not be rescheduled more than once. In any case, you will get 2 remainders – one on the previous day and one , on the day of your appointment. In case of emergency, and we need to cancel, we will inform you as early as possible and help reschedule it.
Q: What if I want an urgent appointment?
Answer: You will be accommodated if it is a pressing issue and is urgent. It may however, cost you slightly more than the normal session cost. This can be discussed while asking for an appointment.
Q: What are your Payment/Fees options?
Answer: The Payment has to be done Via GooglePay/PayTm/Paypal Phone Pay for Indian Clients, and PayPal for NRIs and non-Indian Clients, or Direct credit Transfer to the Bank Account. The details will be provided while you book for an appointment. ONLY after payment is done, the appointment will be confirmed. In case you don’t show up for the session, and don’t reschedule it within one day, the payment is non-refundable.
